• Billing is managed through FreshBooks (a secure and user-friendly accounting site).
• Upon receipt of an invoice, each patient (or their assigned manager) creates a private FreshBooks account to view previous invoices and payment history.

• After payment is applied, the invoice is marked “paid” for accurate record keeping.
• Choice Psychiatric Healthcare manages billing through our private HIPPA compliant software.
• Patient portal account can be established after receipt of an invoice. Within portal patients can view previous invoices and edit payment method.
INSURANCE
• CPH is out of network and does not directly accept insurance/Medicare.
• Patients can check with their individual insurance company about potential reimbursement for an out of network provider.
• Each invoice includes appropriate appointment and diagnoses codes necessary for submission.
